The purpose of this letter is to make endorsement for the service and professionalism provided by Megan Wallar and her team to sell our house in Newmarket, Ontario in February 2022. Her service to sell this house began over 5 years previous to sale, as we walked through several market fluctuations and improvements to end with a 2147Sq Ft. 2 story 4 Bedroom 1.5 bath house with a fully legal 1047Sq. Ft. 3 Bdrm. 1.5 bath Walk out apartment below. We were looking for the right time to sell as we coordinated retirement and a move west to Alberta and all the downsizing that involved. Megan patiently provided guidance as to what to do and in which order as we established a sale date. When we finally gave the go in August 2021 for an April 2022 closing  she brought along side a photographer (who took pictures while things were green), a stager, painter and cleaners and prepared the way for our loyal tenants to move out. Finally we set a date for sale and rented a room at a local hotel for a week to give space for the 85 tours and 5 offers that followed. The house was staged to its best and topped the market selling at a premium price.

Post sale Megan followed our move west keeping in touch and assisted with related accounting issues because of the apartment, making sure all went well with our move and settlement in Central Alberta.

Megan with patience and perseverance handled each issue from start to finish, even sending family to repair a front door lock that broke during a tour of the property. She has also handled a house purchase for a family member and a separate purchase for a friend in the GTA both which worked out without a hitch during the time, we were contemplating the sale in Newmarket.
