My wife & I sold our home after living in Aurora for 23 years in October 2021. With the professional and personal assistance of Megan Wallar, a Sales Representative with Keller Williams Realtor Centres, this process went very well, and we achieved best in class dollar value on the sale.

Megan just sold our home for us in an extremely cautious market, when so many other listings had been languishing unsold, or delisted. Megan guided us through such a tricky market, and sold our home for 95% of the list price, which is amazing in this market. Megan was an absolute star for my fiancée and me in 2023. I had a house with tenants in the basement and my fiancée had a condo with astronomical maintenance fees that both needed to be sold. No problem for Megan, she came up with a game plan and executed it flawlessly. Our properties sold quickly at the prices we needed them too, and a bonus was that they sold within a couple weeks of each other.

Now that our properties were sold the mission of finding our new home began. A time sensitive mission as we had a window we needed to close within to keep our low rate mortgages. Once again, not a problem for Megan. We are exceptionally happy with the home Megan found for us, it really met and exceeded all of our requirements.

Megan went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was always available when needed and showed a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill with navigating the waters of real estate in the GTA. I could not imagine buying or selling a house with anyone but Megan.
